2020 has been overwhelming. One way to help your mental health during these difficult times is to practice gratitude.

Steps for a daily gratitude routine:

  1. Take a moment to list 3 things you are grateful for
  2. Share an item from your grateful list with a co-worker or client
  3. Ask a colleague what they are grateful for
